CS143: Permissions + Help for those new to Stanford's Linux Computing Cluster

Permissions Fixed: If you tried to check out the source code before noon, you probably ran into some permissions issues. These should be fixed now.

New to Stanford's Linux Computing Cluster? I've added a new FAQ which is intended to help users who are new to the Stanford Linux computing clusters and will be working from a Windows machine. You probably want to come to office hours first thing tomorrow if you need any help getting up to speed on how to utilize these resources or aren't comfortable with the gnu toolchain.
